Terms of delivery

General 

This is Finn-Rotor Oy, 0486689-9, online store. We sell produtcs to EU area from online store. Outside of EU, take a contact to our sales: sales@finn-rotor.fi 

Order

All online store orders make from web site,  add products to basket and check out. We send order confirmation for all orders by email. Customer accept orders like confirmed. If some mistake is in confirmation please take a contact to our sales: sales@finn-rotor.fi

Order confirmation

 From order confirmation you will see 

- order

- reference

- our bank account number

- total amount

Note, order will send like confirmed. So if there is mistake between order confirmation and your order, please take a contact to our sales: sales@finn-rotor.fi

Payment methods

Online payment

Payment is possible make a online payment like Visa, Mastercard etc. On case online payment, Finn-Rotor is supplier for products. Seller is Paytrail Oy. In that case all claims regarding payment have to do for Paytrail. Other quarantee issues like regarding products, delivery etc will make for Finn-Rotor.

On case payment is online payment and the delivery is outside of Finland, please select pick up. Then customer can handle pick up by himself (this is what we assume if we don't get any other informations), or customer can ask delivery price from us and pay it separately. This case take a contact to sales@finn-rotor.fi

Proforma invoice

Payment is also possible make using by proforma invoice. Proforma invoice is best way to order deliveries outside of Finland.  We'll add delivery costs directly to proforma invoice. If customer want take a care the delivery by himself he can leave delivery costs out from payment and then we automaticly assume customer order pick up for delivery by himself.

Proforma invoice case we'll send proforma invoice to customer email address. When customer has made payment, he can send receipt for us by email and we'll send the delivery as soon as we get receipt. Otherwise we'll send the delivery when we'll see payment on our account. Please note, this can take few days reason of bank transfer delays. 

Also if you are company and you have valid VAT number, pleace sellect proforma invoice. Select contact details "I'm ordering for a company and organization". Add your valid VAT number. We'll send proforma invoce what is without VAT.

Delivery time

We try send all orders withing 1-2 working days excluding order products (mentioned on online store). From order confirmation customer see exactly delivery time. On case of delivery problem etc we'll take a contact to customer by email.

Terms of delivery

Customer outside of Finland should chose delivery method pick up.Delivery way and costs customer can see from order confirmation.

Change and return

Customer have right change or returnt products withing 14 days. In that case customer have to take contact to sales: sales@finn-rotor.fi before return.

Problems, quarantee etc

All problems, lost deliveries, quarantee etc cases customer have to take contact to sales: sales@finn-rotor.fi or phone +358 44 735 1806 (weekdays 9 am - 4 pm, UTC +2 h)
